  • Representing management in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies on employment disputes, including wrongful discharge, and claims based upon alleged violations of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA and the FLSA

Prior Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Terri worked as a civil litigation paralegal for twelve years at a local Rock Island firm where she researched legal issues, drafted motions and pleadings and assisted in depositions and at trial. Terri was the Legal Assistant Coordinator/Lead Instructor for a local Community College and was adjunct professor for the College for ten years. Before graduating from law school, Terri interned as a law clerk for the Honorable Lori Lefstein, Judge of the Illinois 14th Judicial Circuit. During law school, Terri served as the Lead Articles Editor for The John Marshall Law School Law Review.
